Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (52 g) coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup (58 g) Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup (74 g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and fully blended.

  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes to firm slightly.

  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture into silicone molds or small portion cups.

  4. Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt, sliced nuts, or edible sprinkles on top for added texture and flavor.

  5. Chill again for at least 15–20 minutes until the cups hold their shape.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
